Help your Lodge by joining a committee to lend a hand! These committees are part of our State and National Elks Lodge structure. Some activities are annual, others are continuous or intermittent. Many have charitable goals; others are purely social. Participating in Elks committees is a great way to meet other Elks and help our lodge meet its charitable goals. We also have a lot of fun!

Activities Plan and carry out lodge activities of civic and community interest. Implement the Elks Dictionary, Drug Awareness, Hoop Shoot, and Public Relations programs. This committee ensures the lodge is actively involved in our community, promoting our motto that “Elks Care—Elks Share.”
Public Relations / Newsletter Maintain strong communication with lodge members through Newsletter and other communications, so all are well-informed and encouraged to participate in activities. Assist with any social media and web presence. Ensure the lodge maintains a positive image and strong community presence using media outreach and press releases.
Fraternal Implement patriotic activities and cooperate with other local organizations on the same. Plan and implement Flag Day and Elks Memorial Day. Implement programs of the Elks National Veterans Service Commission, including local events for veterans.
House Management of Jolly Corks lounge, kitchen, bowling alley, and other facilities within the home. This includes rental spaces such as the Ball Room, State Room, and Bender Room. Jolly Corks events are planned and held, including live music, televised sports events, and others.
Membership Ensures the growth and retention of members in our lodge. Interview candidates, orient new members, and help to identify where new members can help with various activities and committees. Work closely with the Lodge Secretary to manage the new member application process and lapsation.
Auditing and Accounting Conducts quarterly financial review and evaluation to ensure the lodge is on track with annual budgeted goals and in compliance with financial standards. Reports at lodge meetings with findings.
